Coffees of the Sidra variety are hard to find and are typically delicious! This is our first Sidra coffee at 8:28, and we think this one is special. The flavors in this coffee shift significantly as the cup cools and as the coffee sits on your tongue. You’ll experience flavors like white grape, a balanced bittersweet flavor like a lightly burnt marshmallow, and some crisp acidity like that of a sun-dried tomato.
